I have a Samsung UE46ES6300 TV. Its a 2012 model. The RTE player used to work but now everytime I try to open it, it just says there's a problem!. I tried resetting it but no joy. The TV3 player works alright. I was trying to get an app, IP TV to work but it wont either. Software is updated and I don' seem to have the option as outlined by What the fuck is up with RTE player? Its saying i have I always had to use opera in the past - because even when I disabled adblocker on RTE's website it'd say I had it. Though recently I noticed a button in somewhere around the far right side of the URL bar which I had to click to enable something to get it working.Not particularly helpful sorry OP - try Opera
